Davis, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against James Gwaltney and Ollie Gwaltney, hereinafter referred to as defendants, for rescission of contract, cancellation of note and mortgage and restitution of $8,000 down payment on purchase price of a ranch and herd of cattle. Trial was had to the court and judgment rendered for defendants from which plaintiffs appeal.
