Employees of a chicken processing company challenge the District Courts grant of summary judgment to their employer on the employees claims for unpaid overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. (FSLA), the court holding that the claimants qualified as exempt employees under the Acts Executive Exemption, 29 U.S.C. § 213(a)(1). We will reverse.
